Troubleshooting Coffee Machine Issues
All custom servicing requires a $55.00 inspection fee paid on delivery which is then deducted from total cost on pickup. This is non refundable and allows us to fault find the issue and quote you for your repairs.
Our hourly rate is $135 billed in 15 minute blocks.
How long do we need your equipment for?
Unfortunately, we are unable to book exact days to service your domestic equipment. The average turnaround is 2-4 weeks. We understand not having a machine at home is painful so our team always aims to get your machine back to you under the quoted time to have your household caffeinated again asap.
Can you pick up & drop off my machine?
We do supply a local domestic pick up and drop off service that equates to $33 each way.

We can troubleshoot and fix any issues you're having with your machine over the phone to help know what parts to turn up with to save you time and money.
How long will I have to go without a machine?
We can swap your machine out for a temporary machine straight away. We have LaMarzocco, San Remo & Wega machines available at all times for emergencies. This means you will only be without a machine for a few hours.

Deliver your machine to 3/11 Craft Close, Toormina NSW 2452 to book in your service or call 02 56424555 to make a booking.
We can collect it if needed as they can be heavy, additional pick up fees will apply. We may need your machine for up to 2 weeks from the time it has been dropped off at our workshop depending on the severity of the issue and availability of parts.
Emergency call outs available 24/7
We hold parts for the above brands and can even supply a temporary replacement machine if your machine needs to be brought to our workshop for repairs.
